During this time of war and antisemitism, many of us are experiencing the effects of increased stress and anxiety. Join an enlightening panel discussion moderated by Rabbi David Schuck as experts delve into the profound effects of vicarious trauma and stress on our physical and mental well-being, as well as that of our children. This session will offer coping strategies and a supportive space to process our feelings during these exceptionally challenging times.
