All are welcome to join us in PCS’s Sukkah (6 – 6:30 pm) and in the sanctuary (6:30 – 8 pm) for a very special event with Israeli guest speaker Shany Granot-Lubaton who has been on the front lines both in Israel and in New York working to Save Israeli Democracy.
Shany Granot-Lubaton (in photo) has been leading the protests against Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu’s judicial overhaul in Israel from New York City. In Israel, she was deputy director of the Darkenu movement – the largest non-partisan civil society movement in Israel and chief of staff of the former head of the Israeli opposition, Shelly Yechimovich.
