Where did I leave my keys? Have you seen my cell phone?

We have all said these things, but wouldn't it be great if we could take steps to improve our memory? That's the subject of BE SHARP, a 90-minute program at the Shames JCC, featuring experts from Sharp Again Naturally, a non-profit that was formed to educate the public and the medical community about the causess of memory loss that are often preventable and reversible. Learn, interactively, about three primary causes of memory loss that can be reversed--poor nutrition, physical inactivity and stress.

This is the second in the Shames JCC's free Health and Wellness series. Upcoming programs in January and February include "Meditation to Relieve Anxiety and Yoga --the mind/body connection.

All programs are free and open to the public. No registration required. For more information go to or call 914-366-7898

The Shames JCC is located at 371 South Broadway, Tarrytown.
