The Leadership Development Institute was introduced in 2014 to train the next generation of Jewish leaders in Westchester County. This program has been established as a service to support Council members’ efforts to develop future leaders and to build their bench strength for the next decade. We believe that by combining our resources we can offer participants access to thought leaders, create a network of peers who can exchange ideas about common issues, and supplement the informal and formal training that organizations provide. This is an investment in the future of the Westchester Jewish community.
