Life ends ‘happily ever after’ when we bring careful thought and advance planning to it. This two-part end-of-life series is both for those ready to think about these important issues and for any with older relatives they care about.
Heidi Weiss, MSW, from Westchester Jewish Community Services will provide guidelines for approaching difficult cross-generation conversations that are needed as we consider mortality.
Dr. Donna Coletti, MD, will address the current state of end-of-life, comfort measures and palliative care options. We will also have the expertise of an attorney who will address “putting your affairs in order,” including power of attorney, advanced directives, and estate planning. Bring your questions and your appetite; a bagel brunch will be served!
You are welcome to attend either or both of these panels; please share widely.
Please RSVP with an e-mail to [email protected]
so we can plan for enough food and seating.
