Intergenerational trauma is a condition that may affect the descendants of people who survive war, abuse, genocide or enslavement. In this program, Susan Greif, a daughter of Holocaust survivors, and Christina Heike, daughter of German WWII survivors, discuss how they work with their clients to release intergenerational trauma and how they developed a caring friendship, bridging the divide of their ancestors’ traumatic experiences. Moderated by Miriam Schulman.
